Removal, installation, repair, inspection and maintenance of virtually all modern building roofing and siding systems, for both commercial and residential customers:

FLAT ROOFS – Hot-mop built-up roofing (BUR), modified bitumen built-up roofing, Single ply TPO and PVC Title 24-compliant systems, and flat and low-slope roof restoration systems. |

PITCHED ROOFS – wood shake and shingles, composition shingles, light-and standard-weight tiles in slate, concrete, clay, fiber-cement, and various other modern technology materials. |

SIDING – natural and engineered wood, or fiber-cement siding; in clapboard, shiplap, shingles, vertical grooves, and other siding styles and textures. |

SOFFIT – to protect and improve the appearance of under-roof eaves, soffit may be natural wood, fiber-cement or other synthetic composites, or vinyl and may be smooth or wood-grained, solid or vented. |

TRIM – trim around windows and doors and at the corners and edges of the siding complete the siding of a building, and may be made from a wide variety of materials, including natural wood, synthetic composites such as fiber-cement, or cellular polymers. |

MAINTENANCE and WATER DAMAGE REMEDIATION – leak diagnosis technology, leak repairs and water damage remediation. |
